• You have 30 days to return items that are in new and unused condition.

• Item must be returned in its original packing.

• No refunds on shipping, customs or import fees.

• Buyer must pay return shipping.

Warranty

Warranty covers items that fail when used within their specified operating conditions.

• If you believe you received a defective product, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. This does not cover:

  • Exposure to excessive temperatures or moisture.

  • Unauthorized attempts to open or repair the item.

  • Physical damage resulting from drops, crushing, or improper handling.

  • Damage due to incorrect installation or removal procedures.
